What you are buying

Starter and Pro Setup are software builds: our bot constructs categories, channels, roles, permissions and pinned onboarding content inside a Discord server that you own. Pro adds a branding pack and a niche-specific bot setup guide. Bots recommended in the guide are third-party products with their own terms; we do not install or operate them for you on these tiers.
Launch Package adds human work: branding, onboarding flow, monetization wiring, two revision rounds and seven days of support after handover, delivered within 48 hours of your server being linked.
Community Retainer is a monthly subscription for ongoing upkeep and a monthly report. Cancel any time from your receipt link; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Automate user accounts, sell or transfer members or servers, fake engagement, or send unsolicited Discord DMs. Our bot only ever acts inside a server you invited it to, with the permissions you granted.
Guarantee revenue, growth or member counts. We build the structure; the community is yours to run.

Self-serve builds: full refund if the build fails and we cannot fix it within 3 business days of you linking your server. Once a build has completed successfully, the software has been delivered and the order is non-refundable, but we will re-run or repair it free for 30 days.
Launch Package: full refund before human work begins; pro-rated after, at our reasonable discretion.
Retainer: no partial-month refunds; cancel to stop the next charge.

You remain the owner of your Discord server. You can remove the bot at any time; nothing we built disappears when you do.
We store: your order details, the email you gave us, your Discord server ID, and a plan of what we built. We do not read your members' messages and do not need the message-content intent.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
To have your data deleted, reply to your receipt email. We remove it within 14 days except records we must keep for accounting.

Talk to us first: reply to any email from us and a person answers. If we cannot resolve it, the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA apply.
